How are gift cards delivered?

Gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase and include instructions for redeeming them at checkout.

Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?

Yes! You can forward the gift card email to the recipient or print it to include with a handwritten note or card.

Do gift cards expire?

No. Riah Jane & Co. gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time while our store is in operation.

Where can gift cards be used?

Gift cards can be redeemed online at riahjane.com on any eligible purchase.

Can I use more than one gift card on an order?

Yes. Multiple gift cards may be applied to the same purchase.

Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?

Absolutely. If your gift card doesn't cover the full purchase amount, you may pay the remaining balance with another accepted payment method.

Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

What if I lose my gift card email?

If you've misplaced your gift card email, please contact us at hello@riahjane.com (update with your preferred email if different). Include your name, the email address used for purchase, and, if possible, the approximate purchase date. We'll do our best to help locate your gift card.

How can I check my gift card balance?

Your remaining balance will be displayed during checkout when you enter your gift card code. If you need additional assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

What if my gift card isn't working?
