1. How do I purchase a gift card?
To purchase a gift card, simply select the desired amount, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After completing your order, the gift card will be sent to your email.

2. Can I send the gift card directly to someone else?
At this time, gift cards are delivered to the purchaser's email. Once you receive the email with the gift card, you can forward it to the recipient or share the gift card code with them via text, email, or any messaging platform.You may also print the email and gift to recipient.

3. How do I forward the gift card to someone else?
Open the email you received with the gift card details.
Click "Forward" in your email client.
Add the recipient's email address.
(Optional) Include a personal note for your recipient.
Send the email, and you're all set!

4. Can I add a message for the recipient?
Yes! When forwarding the email, feel free to include a personal message for your recipient. Alternatively, you can copy the gift card code from the email and share it with them along with your message.

5. Do gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards never expire! The recipient can use their gift card at their convenience online or in-store (if applicable).

6. Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you have any issues with your gift card, please contact us at info@riahjane.com

7. Can I use a gift card for in-store purchases?
Yes! If your gift card is for our store, you can use it both online and in-store. Just provide the gift card code at checkout.

8. What happens if I lose the gift card email?
If you lose your gift card email, don’t worry! Contact us at info@riahjane.com with your order details, and we’ll help you retrieve your gift card code.

9. Can I check the balance on my gift card?
Yes! You can check your gift card balance by logging into your account,contact us for assistance or visit us in-store

10. What if the recipient has trouble using the gift card?
If the recipient experiences any issues with the gift card, please contact us at info@riahjane.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

11. What is your policy on gift cards?

Non-Redeemable for Cash
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except as required by law.

Lost or Stolen Cards
Gift cards are like cash—please keep them safe. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards without proof of purchase. If you have proof of purchase, contact us at info@riahjane.com or by phone at 812-800-8742 for assistance.

No Expiration
Our gift cards never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready!

Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
