Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We do NOT ship out on weekends.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Riah Jane & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select locations.
Canada
Orders to Canada are shipped based on package weight.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
All Other International Orders
All other international orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX.
Shipping rates vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: UPS and FedEx are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
A physical street address is required.
